He passed my items to his repair tech and him and I had a 10 to 15 minute conversation and my pieces were ready to go! Very fair price! Great service, nice people. I have a new jewelry shop!

I recently had some jewelry repaired at Jay's , and I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous, and they restored my pieces beautifully. Highly recommend for their excellent craftsmanship and customer service

Customer service is great and prices are unbeatable. I had a 14k gold mystic topaz ring that the stone came out and I took it to 2 other places that both said it couldn’t be repaired. Jay’s Jewelers was able to mount the stone back in and you can barely see the damage to my gold frame. I was so surprised they did a great job. I also get batteries to my watches and they are the cheapest around.
This place is great! Greg is super knowledgable. I brought two of my watches here to get the crystal replaced due to cracks and scratches. Was done in a timely fashion and for a great price too! 10/10 would recommend.

What a lovely place! I stopped in to get a broken necklace clasp replaced. Super quick service and incredibly friendly staff! Love a great locally owned place like this. No wonder they have so many great reviews. I’ll absolutely be back.
Hi everyone. I visited Jay's Jewelers today for the first time, but it definitely will not be the last! Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the staff. The entire staff was very nice and friendly. You can not beat their customer service. I highly recommend Jay's Jewelers, excellent experience and service.
If you are like me and have driven past it a million times and thought I want to check that place out, don’t waste another minute! They check all the boxes - great customer service, amazing jewelry, knowledgeable and the prices were very reasonable. They are the reason I prefer dealing with a small “mom and pop” businesses. We were made comfortable as soon as we entered the store and enjoyed a great conversation. My husband needed batteries for 2 of his watches and a missing pin for a luxury watch. Everything was done within 15 minutes which was used to admire all of their beautiful pieces of jewelry - many which they design and make custom pieces. 5 Stars. Did I mention that their prices are more than fair?! Highly recommend. PS-Thank you to Greg and Frank for the great service and conversation!
